Terms of Service
1. The Agreement
By requesting a partnership or accessing the TFB Management Portal, the Care Facility ("The Client") agrees to be bound by these terms. These terms govern the professional relationship between The Friendly Barbers and the Facility.
2. Service Provision
TFB agrees to provide professional barbering services at the agreed-upon frequency. The Client agrees to provide a suitable, safe, and clean area for the barber to operate within the facility.
3. The Management Portal
Access to the TFB Portal is granted via secure tokens. The Client is responsible for ensuring that this link is only accessible to authorized management staff. TFB reserves the right to revoke access if security is compromised.
4. Invoicing & Payment
Invoices are generated following the successful completion and digital review of a visit. Standard payment terms are 14 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for the cancellation of a scheduled visit. Failure to provide notice may result in a standard "Call-out Fee" to cover barber travel and scheduling costs.
