• Inquiry Data: Information submitted via our "Register Interest" forms, including facility name, contact details, and resident counts.
• Operational Data: Information processed within our secure portal, including visit schedules, barber assignments, and proof-of-visit media.

3. Resident Privacy

We take resident dignity seriously. Photo evidence collected via the portal is used strictly for service verification and, where opted-in, marketing purposes. No sensitive medical data is stored within our systems.

4. Security

Access to the TFB Facility Hub is managed via unique, secure tokens. We do not use traditional passwords for facility access to minimize the risk of credential theft. All data is stored on encrypted UK-based servers.
